NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES

1. The audio or video recordings required for the selection of Masterclass participants will not be distributed or published and will be used exclusively by Cantoalato.

2. Students must be present for the entire day and for all days of the Masterclass; otherwise, they will not receive the certificate or be admitted to the concert.

3. For the registration to be valid, the participation fees must be paid in full by the dates specified in the Regulations.

4. In case of withdrawal due to serious reasons (subject to evaluation by the Organization regarding the seriousness of the reasons communicated), the participation fee, for both active and auditing students, may be refunded only if the vacant spot is filled by a new participant, and only before the registration deadline. After this date, or for any other type of withdrawal, the paid fees will not be refunded.

5. The Organization will not cover any bank fees related to international money transfers.

6. The Organization declines any responsibility for possible damage to persons or property during the entire course of the Masterclass.

7. The Organization reserves the right to make videos, audio recordings, and photographs throughout the Masterclass and to use all such material for promotional purposes, publishing it on websites, social media, radio, or television, without paying any fees to participants.

8. Cantoalato – OttavaNota hold all rights of distribution, dissemination, and use related to audio recordings, videos, publications, and/or any other materials related to the Masterclass in question.

9. Recordings (audio or video) of the lessons are permitted solely for personal use. By completing the registration, participants explicitly agree not to distribute such audio or video material by any means or platform.

10. The audio and video materials provided to the student are for private use (including direct sharing with third parties); public use (such as posting on social media and/or YouTube) is allowed only with prior written authorization from Cantoalato – OttavaNota.

11. The professional video recording of the final concert (if scheduled and authorized) made by Cantoalato constitutes the only authorized recording. Video recording of the concert by the audience or by any private individuals outside Cantoalato staff is strictly prohibited.

12. Photographic material provided to participants is entirely at their disposal and may be freely used; however, every public use (on social media or elsewhere) must credit **CANTOALATO**.

13. Participants in the final concert (if scheduled) will be selected at the sole discretion of the artistic staff.

14. All decisions are at the unquestionable discretion of the instructors.
