MANDATORY RULES

1. The audio or video recordings required for the selection of Workshop participants will not be distributed or published and will be used exclusively by Cantoalato.

2. Students must be present for the entire day and for every day of the Workshop; otherwise, the certificate will not be issued and they will not be admitted to the concert.

3. In order for the registration to be valid, the fee must be paid in full by the dates indicated in the Regulations.

4. In the event of withdrawal for serious reasons (subject to evaluation by the Organization regarding the seriousness of the reasons communicated), the registration and attendance fee, for both active students and auditors, may be refunded only if the vacant place is filled by a new student, and in any case no later than the registration deadline. After this date, or in the event of any other withdrawal, the fees paid will not be refunded.

5. Registered students confirmed as active participants who decide to withdraw from attending the Workshop must nevertheless pay the attendance fee by the established date.

6. The Organization declines all responsibility for any damage to persons or property during the entire duration of the Workshop.

7. The Organization reserves the right to make videos, audio recordings and photographs throughout the duration of the Workshop, and to use all such material for promotional purposes by publishing it on websites, social media, radio and television without paying any fees to any participant.

8. Cantoalato - OttavaNota hold the rights of distribution, dissemination and use relating to audio recordings, video recordings, publications and/or any other material connected with the Workshop in question.

9. Recordings (audio or video) of the lessons are permitted solely and exclusively for personal use. By submitting the registration, the participant accepts the explicit clause prohibiting the dissemination of such audio or video materials by any means or instrument.

10. The audio and video materials provided to the student are for private use (direct sending to third parties); they may be used publicly (publication on social media and/or YouTube) only upon written authorization issued by Cantoalato – OttavaNota.

11. The video recordings of the concert and performances made by Cantoalato constitute the only authorized recording. Video recording of the concert by the audience and/or by anyone acting privately, outside Cantoalato staff, is not permitted.

12. The photographic material provided to participants is fully available to them and may be used freely: it remains mandatory to credit CANTOALATO in every communication (social media or otherwise).

13. Registered participants who will take part in the final concert will be selected at the sole discretion of the artistic staff.

14. Every decision is at the sole discretion of the teachers.

Registration for Lessons/Masterclasses/Workshops entails unconditional acceptance of the Cantoalato Regulations and Privacy Policy
