REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1 – A chi si rivolge
- La Masterclass è aperta a studenti di canto e professionisti, italiani e stranieri, limite d’età 38 anni.
- Gli allievi si distinguono in:
Canto Effettivi: 9 posti disponibili.
Canto Uditori: potranno assistere alle lezioni senza potervi partecipare attivamente; hanno facoltà di porre domande tra una lezione e l’altra.
Art. 2 – Programma musicale
Libero, con preferenza per il repertorio operistico italiano e francese.
Art. 3 – Focus
Oggetto della Masterclass è lo studio della tecnica vocale e interpretativa tra ‘700 e ‘800, con un focus particolare sul repertorio rossiniano.
Art. 4 – Iscrizione allievi effettivi
Le iscrizioni sono aperte e chiuderanno il 12 dicembre 2025.

- Qualora le richieste fossero superiori al numero massimo stabilito, sarà effettuata una selezione in base ai materiali audio/video inviati.
- Entro il 13 dicembre 2025 verrà inviato a tutti gli iscritti l’elenco degli ammessi come effettivi: agli iscritti che per mancanza di posti non saranno accettati verrà restituita la quota versata.

Art. 7 – Sede
Le lezioni si svolgeranno presso Ottavanota, Via Marco Bruto 24, Milano.
Art. 8– Altro:
- L’allievo dovrà fornire 2 copie delle parti che intende cantare, in tonalità e lingua originali, opportunamente rilegate (una per il Maestro, una per il pianista). Oppure, per il pianista può essere condiviso un file pdf. da tablet.
- Gli allievi devono essere presenti per l’intero giorno e tutti i giorni, pena la non emissione dell’attestato e ammissione al concerto.
- L’Organizzazione non coprirà nessuna spesa bancaria relativa al trasferimento di denaro dall’estero.
- Vitto e alloggio sono a carico dei partecipanti.
- I partecipanti al di fuori dell’Europa dovranno obbligatoriamente presentare alla segreteria organizzativa il visto e/o permesso di soggiorno per l’ingresso nel Territorio della Repubblica Italiana, secondo quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente.
Cantoalato/Ottavanota può emettere la documentazione necessaria al rilascio del Visto per motivi di studio.
Art. 9 – Concerto finale
- Il Concerto finale si terrà il 31 dicembre 2025 ore 18:00 presso il prestigioso Salone d’Onore del Museo Bagatti Valsecchi, nel cuore di Milano.
- Il M° Palacio indicherà gli allievi effettivi che parteciperanno al concerto finale.
- È opportuno munirsi di abito formale elegante.
- Saranno invitati agenti e/o organizzatori.
- Gli allievi che a giudizio insindacabile del docente si saranno distinti nel corso della Masterclass per particolari doti artistiche, potranno essere inseriti nei programmi delle manifestazioni organizzate da Cantoalato, e segnalati ad organizzatori e/o agli agenti che collaborano con Cantoalato.
Art. 10 – Attestato
A conclusione della Masterclass verrà rilasciato un attestato di partecipazione a tutti gli iscritti, effettivi e uditori, che avranno frequentato il corso per intero. L’attestato sarà rilasciato da Cantoalato – Associazione Euterpe Ottavanota.
Art. 11 – Servizio fotografico
Cantoalato effettuerà lo shooting fotografico della Masterclass e del Concerto Finale: tali materiali saranno messi a disposizione degli iscritti tramite invio di link, e saranno pubblicati sul sito web di Cantoalato.
Art. 12 – Videoregistrazione professionale
Una buona videoregistrazione da inviare ad agenti e/o organizzatori è un dettaglio importante, al quale dare la giusta attenzione.
Cantoalato effettuerà la videoregistrazione professionale del concerto finale, realizzata con tre telecamere in HD, regia, montaggio e sovratitoli.
Gli iscritti che necessitino della videoregistrazione professionale del brano o dei brani eseguiti nel concerto finale, devono indicarlo nel modulo di iscrizione.
Il costo è di 50€ e tale importo deve essere corrisposto contestualmente al versamento della quota di frequenza.
Per Regolamento di Casa Verdi è vietata la videoregistrazione anche parziale del concerto.
La videoregistrazione effettuata da Cantoalato costituisce l’unica registrazione autorizzata.
Art. 13 – Rinuncia:
- In caso di rinuncia per gravi motivi (previa valutazione da parte dell’Organizzazione sulla gravità dei motivi comunicati), le quota di iscrizione e di frequenza, sia per allievi effettivi che uditori, potranno venire restituite soltanto nel caso in cui il posto vacante venisse occupato da un nuovo allievo, il tutto entro la data del 12 dicembre 2025).
- Oltre questa data o per qualsiasi altra rinuncia, le quote versate non verranno rimborsate.
- Gli scritti confermati come effettivi, qualora decidano di rinunciare a frequentare la Masterclass, devono comunque provvedere al pagamento della quota di frequenza entro la data stabilita.
Art. 14 – Annullamento e responsabilità
- Per cause di forza maggiore o per comprovata necessità l’Organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di annullare lo svolgimento della Masterclass con la totale restituzione delle quote di iscrizione e partecipazione.
- L’Organizzazione declina ogni responsabilità nei confronti di eventuali danni a persone o cose durante tutto lo svolgimento della Masterclass (27 – 31 dicembre 2025).
Art. 15 – Trattamento dei dati personali
Ai sensi dell’art. 10 della legge n. 675/96 sulla “tutela dei dati personali” si informa che i dati forniti all’atto dell’iscrizione saranno raccolti e trattati ai fini della presente Masterclass.
Art. 16– Liberatoria sui diritti audio, video e foto
l’Organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di realizzare video, audio registrazioni e foto durante tutta la durata della Masterclass, e di utilizzare tutto il materiale per scopi promozionali pubblicandolo su siti web, socials, radio e televisione senza corrispondere onorari a nessun partecipante.
Art. 17 – Copyright e proprietà intellettuale
- Cantoalato – Ottavanota detengono i diritti di distribuzione, divulgazione e utilizzo attinenti registrazioni audio, video, pubblicazioni e/o altro afferente alla Masterclass in oggetto.
- I Materiali audio e video ceduti all’allievo sono per uso privato (invio diretto a parti terze); potranno essere utilizzati per uso pubblico (pubblicazione sui social e/o youtube) soltanto dietro autorizzazione scritta rilasciata da Cantoalato-Ottavanota,
- Sono ammesse registrazioni (audio o video) delle lezioni, solo ed esclusivamente per uso personale. Sottoscrivendo l’iscrizione si accetta la clausola esplicita di non diffusione di tali materiali audio o video tramite qualsiasi mezzo o strumento.
L’iscrizione alla Masterclass comporta l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento.

Art. 1 – Who is the Masterclass aimed
- The Masterclass is open to Italian and foreign singing students and professionals, age limit 38 years.
- Students are distinguished in:
active students: 9 places available
auditors: will be able to attend the lessons without being able to participate actively; may ask questions between classes.
Art. 2 – Programme
Free program, with preference for the Italian and French operatic repertoire.
Art. 3 – Focus
The object of the Masterclass is the study of vocal and interpretative technique between ‘700 and ‘800, with a particular focus on Rossini’s repertoire.
Art. 4 – Application active students
Applications are open and will close on December 12th 2025.

Art. 7 – Location
Classes will be held at Ottavanota, Via Marco Bruto 24, Milan.
Art. 8 – Other
- The student must provide 2 copies of the arias he intends to sing, in original tones and language. Or, for the pianist a pdf file can be shared from a tablet.
- Students must be present for the whole day and every day, otherwise the certificate will not be issued and and will not be possible to participate at the final concert.
- The Organization will not cover any bank charges related to the transfer of money from abroad to Italy.
- Accommodation and meals are provided by the participants.
- Participants outside Europe must submit to the organizing secretariat the visa and/or residence permit for entry into the Territory of the Italian Republic, as required by current legislation.
Cantoalato/Ottavanota can issue the necessary documentation which enables the student to apply for a study Visa or to obtain a permit to stay.
Art. 9 – Final Concert
- On December 31st at 6:00 pm there will performed a public concert of the participants, at the prestigious Grand Salon – Bagatti Valsecchi Museum, in the heart of Milan.
- The students who will participate in the final concert will be selected by unappealable decision of the Teacher M° Palacio.
- Please get a concert suit.
- Agents and/or organizers will be invited.
- The students who, by unappealable decision of the Teacher, have excelled during the Masterclass for their special artistic qualities, will be included in the programmes of the music activities organized by Cantoalato.
Art. 10 – Certificate of attendance
At the end of the Masterclass a Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all the students who have attended the whole course. The Certificate will be issued by Cantoalato and Associazione Euterpe Ottavanota.
Art. 11 – Photo shoot
Cantoalato will carry out the photo shooting of the Masterclass and the Final Concert: these materials will be made available to the participants by sending links, and will be published on the website of Cantoalato.
Art. 12 – Professional video recording
A good video recording to send to agents and/or organizers is an important detail, to which to give the right attention.
Cantoalato will make a professional video recording of the final concert, made with three cameras in HD, direction, editing and overtitles.
The participants who request the professional video recording of the song or songs performed in the final concert, must indicate it on the application form.
The cost is € 50,00 and this amount must be paid together with the frequency fee.
According to the Rules of Museo Bagatti Valsecchi, it is forbidden to record a video of the concert even partially.
The video recording made by Cantoalato is the only authorized recording.
Art. 13 – Waiver
In case of withdrawal for serious reasons (after evaluation by the Organization on the gravity of the reasons communicated), the participation fee, both for active students and auditors, will be returned only if the vacancy is filled by a new student, all by December 12th, 2025.
After this date or for any other waiver, the fees paid will not be refunded.
Art. 14 – Cancellation and liability
For reasons of force majeure or proven necessity, the Organization reserves the right to cancel the Masterclass with the total refund of the registration and participation fees.
The Organization declines any responsibility for any damage to persons or property during the entire course of the Masterclass (27-31 December 2025).
Art. 15 – Processing of personal data
Pursuant to art. 10 of Law n. 675/96 on “personal data protection” informs you that the data provided at registration will be collected and processed for the purposes of this Masterclass.
Art. 16 – Release on audio, video and photo rights
The Organization reserves the right to make videos, audio recordings and photos during the duration of the Masterclass, and to use all the material for promotional purposes by publishing it on websites, socials, radio and television without paying fees to any participant.
Art. 17 – Copyright and intellectual property
Cantoalato – Ottavanota hold the rights of distribution, disclosure and use of audio recordings, videos, publications and/or other related to the Masterclass in question.
The audio and video Materials given to the student are for private use (direct sending to third parties); may be used for public use (publication on social and/or youtube) only with written permission issued by Cantoalato-Ottavanota,
Recordings (audio or video) of lessons are allowed, only and exclusively for personal use. By signing the registration you accept the explicit clause not to disseminate such audio or video materials by any means or instrument.
Registration to the Masterclass implies the unconditional acceptance of these rules.
