NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES

1. Students are encouraged—but not required—to attend the full day on all lesson days.

2. To validate the registration, the full fee must be paid by the deadline indicated in the Regulations.

3. In case of withdrawal due to serious reasons (subject to evaluation by the Organization regarding the severity of the communicated reasons), the participation fee, for both active and auditing students, may only be refunded if the vacant spot is filled by a new student, all within the registration deadline. After this date, or for any other withdrawal, the fees paid will not be refunded.

4. The Organization declines all responsibility for any damages to persons or property during the entire lessons.

5. The Organization reserves the right to produce videos, audio recordings, and photographs throughout the duration of the lessons and to use all materials for promotional purposes, publishing them on websites, social media, radio, and television without compensating any participants.

6. Cantoalato – OttavaNota retain the rights to distribute, disclose, and use any audio or video recordings, publications, and/or other materials related to the lessons in question.

7. Recordings (audio or video) of the lessons are permitted solely for personal use. By signing the registration, participants explicitly agree not to distribute such audio or video materials through any means or platform.

8. All decisions are at the sole discretion of the instructors.
